Michelle’s personal scholarship and advocacy efforts are in support of individuals with disabilities and military veterans. She is a former federal judicial clerk and an LL.M. candidate. Michelle is admitted to the Bars of Washington, D.C., New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Missouri, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Unfortunately, a military is still essential to preserving the ideals we strive for as a society, and, therefore, citizens will be forced to fight and die whether they volunteer or not.

Michelle’s professional practice is in aviation law, primarily in New York. Before becoming an attorney, she served in the Army for over a decade as a commissioned officer and Apache helicopter pilot-in-command. Her service included long tours in Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Republic of Korea and commanding an attack helicopter company in combat. Her military service made her education possible.
